Do we actually need microservices?
Sometimes no — and we'll say so. If one team owns everything and load is modest, a well-structured monolith deploys faster and costs less. We recommend decomposition when team scaling or independent deployment genuinely demands it.
How long does an MVP take?

What happens when a field worker has no signal?
Field and HR apps are offline-first: jobs, checklists and attendance are stored locally and sync automatically when connectivity returns, with conflict resolution rules for records edited on both sides.
How do you handle multi-tenancy and data isolation?
Depending on scale and compliance needs, we use row-level tenant scoping with a shared database, or separate schemas/databases per tenant. Either way, isolation is enforced at the query layer, not just in application logic, so a bug in one screen can't leak another tenant's data.
Can you integrate with our existing auth/SSO provider?
