A gateway software image for the chosen hardware, protocol mapping and data model documentation, cloud integration with AWS IoT, Azure IoT or a self-hosted broker, and fleet provisioning with an OTA update mechanism.

Protocol conversion from Modbus RTU/TCP, CAN and OPC UA to MQTT. Store-and-forward buffering across network outages. Edge processing including filtering, aggregation and alarm logic. Secure connectivity with TLS, certificate management and VPN.

Used for bringing legacy PLC and Modbus equipment onto a cloud platform, machine monitoring where data must survive plant network outages, and retrofitting connectivity without touching certified control logic.
