Device Driver Development

Development of SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, LIN, USB and PCIe drivers with production-quality testing, shipped with stress tests, error-injection coverage and documentation for Linux, RTOS and bare-metal targets.

We delivered

Driver source following kernel or project coding standards, device tree bindings and integration patches, an automated test suite with stress and error cases, and protocol analyzer captures validating bus behavior.

Linux kernel drivers spanning character, network, IIO, input and platform drivers. Bus drivers and peripheral integration for SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, LIN, USB and PCIe. Device tree bindings and power management. DMA, interrupt handling and throughput optimization.
Used for supporting a new sensor, transceiver or FPGA interface in the Linux kernel, stabilizing a vendor driver that fails under load or after suspend/resume, and CAN/LIN driver work for automotive controllers.
Built with the Linux Kernel, Device Tree, DMA, SocketCAN, libusb and PCIe.
