Implementation of SOME/IP, TSN, gPTP, DoIP and Ethernet communication for vehicle platforms, designing and validating the in-vehicle network layer that zonal and domain architectures depend on.

We delivered

A network architecture and VLAN/QoS configuration specification, a configured TSN switch and endpoint stacks on target hardware, a gPTP synchronization validation report, and a troubleshooting runbook.

TSN configuration including time-aware shaping and stream reservation. gPTP time synchronization bring-up and validation. SOME/IP and DoIP stacks over automotive Ethernet. Switch and PHY configuration for 100BASE-T1/1000BASE-T1 networks.

Used for standing up the Ethernet backbone for a zonal vehicle architecture, guaranteeing latency for camera, radar or control traffic, and implementing DoIP for diagnostics and flashing over Ethernet.

Built with 802.1AS gPTP, 802.1Qbv TSN, SOME/IP, DoIP, 100/1000BASE-T1 and Wireshark.
